Two to fourteen, without a break in the middle.
Three stages share one site and one staff room. A child who starts in Early Years does not have to be re-recruited at five, or at eleven — the handover is a corridor, not an application.
Ages 2–5Early Years
Practical materials, real tools, and long uninterrupted mornings. Staff observe and record rather than direct.

Ages 5–11Primary
Reading, number and writing taught properly and early, with two timetabled afternoons a week outdoors on the grounds.

Ages 11–14Middle School
Long-form project work carried across subjects for weeks at a time, presented to parents twice a year.
